PREMIUM SHIPPING
Shipping may vary depending on the size of the artwork. In an effort to ensure artwork is protected during shipping, an additional $25 handling fee will be charged for additional shipping materials. You will not be invoiced for shipping cost after your purchase. All originals are packed with the upmost care and safety precautions. Each piece is wrapped in paper then tape around protective foam core or cardboard on either side of the wrapped painting to protect it from anything around it. Once inside the shipping box, the entire piece is layered in bubble wrap to prevent any movement during shipment. Any original painting over $250 has shipping insurance included, incase it is damaged by the shippers. For more information on shipping please contact me.POLICIES
- refunds or exchanges on items sold. There is a certain amount of acceptable risk when shipping artwork. If Item is damaged during shipping, a claim can be filed with the shipper (must show proof of damage). I will work with anyone who has artwork damaged during the shipping process. Under special circumstances, any replacement artwork must be discussed with Stephanie personally.
- All commissions must have a 25% non-refundable deposit. However, a deposit can be used to apply toward another product if the commission is canceled prior to the commission being started.
- All orders will be shipped in 5-7 business days via USPS priority mail or UPS ground shipping, depending on the size of the product. Sales tax is based on state of Texas comptroller standards. International shipments of original artworks must contact Stephanie prior to purchase.
RIGHTS TO IMAGES
Stephanie Meares, also known as the artist, reserves the right to use and sell reproductions of sold work to promote her work. The artist herself retains all reproduction rights. Any purchased artwork may not be reproduced by any process without proof of permission by Stephanie herself.
